Our Guarantee: is pretty simple. All tubes are guaranteed for 60 days.. If you are not satisfied, return the merchandise for a refund or replacement (where possible), your choice.
Specific Brands: 95% of what we have are old stock US made tubes by companies such as RCA, GE, etc. We get many requests to give my current stock of certain types by brand. We reserve the option to quote higher prices when a specific brand is requested.
Tube Matching: We match tubes using Hickok 539C and RCA WT-100 testers.. Power output tubes are matched for plate current and transconductance (within 5% for both parameters). Small signal tubes are matched for transconductance (within 5%). We charge $2 per tube for matching.
Ordering (now click on the order form link above to print out a form for mailing or faxing!): We accept checks, money orders, and credit cards (see below). Credit Card Orders: Can be sent by email, phone, or fax. Note that we are unsure of the security of email. To process your credit card order, we need: name on card, shipping address, card billing address (if different), and phone number (just in case there is a problem)
.PayPal Orders: We accept PayPal, but add a 3 percent charge to US orders and a 6 percent charge to foreign orders to recover PayPal's fees.
